I really liked the variety across the three performances as one was a stand-up set, one was a one-woman performance, and lastly a touching dialogue between two performers.
What I didn't like
I think each piece can benefit from being a bit longer.
My overall impression
This was a heartwarming evening across three different performances. Throughout the program, I was touched by the different themes of coming to terms with aging and self-empowerment, grief and seeking companionship (whether it be in the form of caring for cats, a desired pregnancy or making peace with a departed and deceased loved one). All three pieces were eager to get their voices across.
