What I liked
Loved how the show took up the space, ya’ll do that so well always. Music was perfectly dumb and of course those assholes can sing. The hand held mics lend more to the reality of this world, but I’m sure they’re a pain in the ass to use. Not sure if there’s plans for head mics but the handhelds really work for this.
What I didn't like
Some pacing between scenes was slow, but that’s only cause I can’t think of anything else. That’ll get worked out. It was entertaining and everyone up there is great at keeping it going.
My overall impression
This show is why people come to Fringe. FUN!!! Sometimes you see a show that makes you think, this is not one of those shows. You want a hilarious escape from the overly serious world of real life? Go see Wet Hot! This show has everything- singing, dancing, midriffs, wigs! I laughed, then laughed some more. You will be entertained, resistance is futile.
