I liked the red jacket. The wig was fun too. Period.
What I didn't like
Start on time, know your lines, only interact with the audience if you can handle it. Meet with a pro to make a script that makes sense. Meet with a vocal coach or a composer to write music more appropriate for the voice onstage. Respect your audience’s intelligence enough to not constantly ask “did that make sense to you Americans?” YES. WE AREOLD, NOTSTUPID.
My overall impression
Well the show started late, the the performer was clearly unprepared, she called for her lines multiple times and don’t think that was part of the show???, vocals were flat, she was making off-the-cuff comments to the audience and then flustering herself trying to recover. She kept saying it was jet lag (((yes, during the show!!!!))) but there’s only so much you can blame on that. At a certain point, I had to get up and leave because I couldn’t justify staying to the end. I’m a little older so maybe I’m just not the audience.
