What I liked
Ari was a very inviting presence. They gave a committed and multi-faceted performance. The concept was brilliantly absurd but then in turn shed light of the absurdity of rigid attitudes to gender.
What I didn't like
It could maybe be tightened up and sharpened in places – but it’s a very minor niggle!
My overall impression
A whimsical delight of a show. Ari is an engaging and talented performer. A sweet and very fruitful way of dissecting the gender binary and encouraging people to talk about it. A charming and hugely enjoyable show.
