The working class view allows this relatability that I believe most viewers can understand. It wasn’t just about the climax of what was in car 81, the play got into the lives of all the characters allowing us to really step into their shoes.
What I didn't like
Though I loved the overall production, i can admit if giving more time and funding can really evolve into more!
My overall impression
Very funny and down to earth, with a very realistic view and retelling of the lives of LA chauffeurs and their dispatchers. The portrayal of different types of workers just trying to get by in the continuous changing world of Los Angeles was refreshing, and really shows the writers deep creativity, the ability to take a “mundane” job in the land of artists and dreamers and give it this passion and value with the perfect dash of complexity really throws viewers into the lives of such lower to middle classes people who are just one of the many fractions that allow Los Angeles to be the hub of art and creativity many know it as.
