I loved that each piece felt complete on its own yet left me eager to see them expanded; they both have worlds and characters that could easily sustain a longer evening. Keri Blunt and Dino Petrera are deeply appealing performers who deliver on all counts, bringing humor, heart, and sharp observation to the stage. The tech was spotless and added a lot to the experience, supporting the storytelling without ever getting in the way. I laughed, I was moved, and I left chewing on the ideas; both pieces are well written, well directed, and satisfyingly thought‑provoking.
What I didn't like
just want more!
My overall impression
This show, made up of two solo pieces, is absolutely delicious. It circles around identity—how we see ourselves and how others see us—in ways that are funny, touching, and quietly defiant. I don’t want to say too much, because part of the joy is in the surprises the performers and producers have baked in, but I definitely wanted more from both pieces in the best possible way.
