My overall impression
I absolutely loved this show. Danny has an incredible ability to bare his soul and honestly examine love, family, work, creativity, and how all of those pieces collide as life keeps changing around us. I found myself thinking about my own relationships and priorities long after it ended.
Just as impressive were the performances. Every actor felt completely honest and emotionally present, and the cast shared an undeniable chemistry that made each relationship feel authentic. I found myself invested not just in the central story, but in every connection unfolding onstage.
I also loved that all of those themes were grounded in a genuine love of theater and storytelling. It made the show feel both deeply personal and universally relatable.
It’s always a treat to see a friend’s work and be able to genuinely admire it. This is funny, heartfelt, and beautifully written, with a cast that brings every moment to life. I couldn’t be prouder of Danny, and I hope lots of people discover this show during Fringe.
