What I liked

All of it.

What I didn't like

A better space with lighting that could help take this to the next level. I loved that it wasn’t a typical theatrical space and they made great use of what they had, but a room with better lighting and sound would only add to what is already a fantastic show.

My overall impression

A tremendous piece of theater that uses space brilliantly. Intimate. Personal. Heartfelt and touching. Danny has written something deep, filled with subtext and sharp dialogue that says so much without saying it directly. He writes how people speak and how they express emotion – rarely directly, but with indirect cues and in subtle ways.

The cast was sepctacular. All of them were fantastic, some of the best acting I saw at the Fringe, but a special mention of Jack Little is required who blew me away with both a youthful enthusiasm, but also a real vulnerability when he’s confronted by the realities of life.

This is/was a great show, in a unique setting, beautifully directed and perfectly executed by everyone. Incredible theater!
