What I liked
When Derek shared the premise with me at an office hours weeks ago, I was immediately in. To see it come to life with such an open heart, incredibly skilled comedy writing, and a performance that oozes with charm and love. The direction is fantastic, the use of tech elements was tactful, supportive and never a distraction. It’s a real joy to witness, and it left me emotional. To have this vampire, longing to find meaning, stuck in the existential dread, only to realize that the thing that makes life worth living (for however long) is the little moments we get to enjoy with the people we love… It got me good. I laughed. I nearly cried while doing a video review. If this comes back, to see it! If it doesn’t, figure out a way to make something with this incredibly gifted creative team!

My overall impression
Right at the top of my list of favorite comedies this Fringe. If you didn’t see it, I feel sorry for you. Hopefully, it comes back, because I’d see it again!
