Welcome to the SPOOKIEST comedy show in the Midwest!
GOOFbumps is the Unauthorized Parody Show created by the biggest Goosebumps nerd of all time! Having spent his entire fifth-grade summer binge-reading every single Goosebumps book, comedian Matt Neff has an encyclopedic knowledge of all things R.L. Stine. Join him on a terrifying trip through 90s nostalgia as he spoils EVERY Goosebumps book. Viewer Beware…We’re spoiling all the scares!
The host begins the show with a slideshow on the background of author R.L. Stine, before jumping into a rapid-fire round of spoiling various Goosebumps books. The audience is then given the option to pick a book they would like to have spoiled. The host then acts out an abridged version of that book, with audience members invited on stage to help act out the scene. This cycle repeats 2-4 more times, depending on the length of the show. The audience is also invited to participate in songs and trivia related to the books so they can also show off their love for 90s horror nostalgia. The show then ends with a game of Smash or Slash, where the audience gets to decide which Goosebumps monsters they want to Smash or Slash.
