I loved the dynamics among the female leads, they all felt very believable and their relationships felt lived-in. The humor was laugh-out-loud funny.
What I didn't like
I thought the pacing could have improved near the end. There was a moment where I thought the play was over, and then realized there were a few scenes left, and I think tighter pacing would have alleviated some of that tension.
My overall impression
Sharp, and satirical, Women Who Eat was a riot from beginning to end. Well-acted, and surprising, the play’s dark humor always landed and introduced thoughtful ideas about personhood, and what lengths people will go to in order to survive.
