There is something pulpy and delightful about Milch. Armed with an interesting (if unexplored and unrehearsed) premise and a performer like Lauren Faulkner at the helm, Milch offers a semblance of glitz and glamour with a topical side that makes for and entertaining evening. With some introspection, Milch just might be able to capitalize on these working pieces and achieve (accidental) brilliance. ...

What a wild ride. From start to finish I went on a real JOURNEY full of many ups and downs. It harkens the cult campiness of Rocky Horror and Priscilla Queen of The Desert but lacks the technical execution needed to rise to such a lofty occasion. ...

A tryptophan-induced fever dream for the ages, MILCH is a funny, campy, and surprisingly poignant exploration of perils of the underground sex work industry. The script and score have potential to become a cult-favorite alternative musical in the hands of more experienced directors, performers, and techs. Unfortunately, this production left much to be desired. It read like a small-town-high-school-student-led theatre club that took on too big a project for their resources and experience....

Ambitious and full of color. When it leans into camp it hits a groove, and the songs are catchy. Lauren Faulkner whips everyone into shape as the hilarious and imposing Madame. Should the rest of the cast learn to sing, it may just be a hit. ...

The production (Milch) I attended last night was a truly compelling and entertaining experience. From the moment the curtain rose, the energy on stage was invigorating, keeping the audience's attention throughout the entire performance. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the cast. The actors were incredibly committed, staying deeply in character even during non-speaking moments. Their dedicated portrayals were convincing, showing a clear understanding of the script's requirements and their relationships with one another on stage. It was a scintillating performance that left a lasting impression. This was a truly memorable production that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality night of performing arts."...

After seeing the show twice, I can confidently say this is a must-see for any fan of the absurd-meets-raunchy-meets-laugh-out-loud-funny theatre genre. With impressive production quality, wardrobe, music, choreogrpahy, acting, and overall atmosphere, Milch is best viewed as part of a large, engaged audience....
