What I liked
Electric performances coming to you from a surreal realm that’s very worth the visit. Each play offered a twist that I didn’t see coming.
What I didn't like
While absolutely hilarious, there were a few instances within Something Ancient where character motivation could have been strengthened within the plot.
My overall impression
A captivating and outright strange double-feature with two very distinct tones and emotional arcs centered around family struggles that aren’t what they seem.
