What I liked
The talented cast of three truly deliver powerful performances adding considerable depth and authenticity to each character. The writing was witty, sharp and emotional which led to a memorable experience which remains long after the lights dim. Compelling and topical storytelling to accompany the outstanding acting by the cast. Don’t miss it as it is very highly recommended.
What I didn't like
The use of cigarettes (even it may not be real) by one of the performers created some second hand smoke issues which made for some discomfort.
My overall impression
If you’re looking for a satisfying alternative to typical fancy and glossy theater productions, please consider checking out “Bleeding Bears” now showing at the Hudson Theater in Hollywood. It is a must-see for theater lovers to opt for the Hollywood Fringe experience on quite literally a bare bones stage with a minimal number of props.
