A true joy! That's how I would a) describe this show, b) the lead actor, and c) my experience as an audience member. Funny, unique, unexpected, utterly ridiculous, and also great writing and directing. Found humor in the little moments. "Bravo! Bravissimo! Encore! Hats Off!" Jordan and his talents always find a way to surprise me! Not only did he validate my absolute obsession with his comedy, but also HE CAN SING?!?!!? The audacity of him to make me realize I can’t invite him to karaoke 😭 but overall this show was absolutely hilarious! Jordan Moeller's WHISPERS ON THE ADRIATIC is a super-funny, absurdist deconstruction of a first-person historical documentary with some of the best silly dancing, sound effects, and faux-dramatic acting opposite a stuffed bird you will see at the festival! Jordan made me care about the fate of a 14th-century Venetian on a doomed maritime voyage to Crete while also cracking me up parodying the tropes of a multi-character solo-show. A wonderful, silly show that presents itself as a completely serious, dramatic re-telling of history. It has some Monty Python vibes (an unfair comparison, because what could measure up to them), but it's mainly Jordan using his voice (in more ways than one) to make a show as good and entertaining as possible.... full review

A full-on epic historical saga, presented by a worldly man of letters! I love how serious this show presents itself (As an "unreleased" podcast lol), and how unbelievably stupid it is. I was laughing all the way from Venice to Crete! Jordan has crafted the perfect vehicle for his talents, and it's a real joy to watch him firing on all cylinders here.
