What I liked
The multimedia elements were fun and effective. I also liked how unbothered and carefree seemed on stage. She seemed to be having a good time, which was infectious for the audience.
What I didn't like
I only wished I was bilingual and could understand the parts spoken in Spanish! But Irene did a great job conveying meaning even when there was a language barrier.
My overall impression
This performer was such a delight! It felt like a masterclass of how to invent your own brand of clowning… and I loved her version! Your first impression of Irene is when she comes onstage personified as a period. The show was unique and I really appreciated that.
