What I liked
I love that this show reaches a bilingual audience. We need more shows that do this and do it well!
What I didn't like
I would love to see this show expanded to 90 minutes and into a musical. (Bilingual of course!). La Gallina absolutely needs her own number.
My overall impression
This is a heartfelt, funny and poignant bilingual play that addresses environmental issues in border towns that directly impact the lives of the people living there. The story is strong, the use of a puppet was fantastic and the lighting and set elements really bring it all together.
