Strong performances across all three pieces, with each story offering something different. The writing balanced emotional moments with intriguing twists.
What I didn't like
There were a few minor hiccups with props and timing/rhythm, but nothing that significantly detracted from the overall experience.
My overall impression
I enjoyed this collection of three very different stories. I actually saw Birds of a Feather for the second time and appreciated it even more, since knowing some of the ambiguity going in let me pick up on deeper clues and themes about family relationships. The Lateness of the Hours was a relatable and thoughtful look at how friendship dynamics evolve over time, while The Fight or Flight Response felt like a sharp commentary on workplace relationships and corporate culture. Another strong production from JP Theater Productions.
