What I liked
I appreciated how the director chose to focus on the battle of wits between Katherine and Petrucchio to keep them as equals.
What I didn't like
The actors felt like they didn’t quite have a grasp on the language, but this might have been a show with a lot of new actors being exposed to Shakespeare.
My overall impression
Shakespeare is hard, squeezing it into one hour is harder. This show tried as hard as it could to do both, and though it felt incomplete, the audience was on board and enjoyed the ride.
