About the Project
Kidnapped into a twisted theatrical “game,” Scott Sharma must outsmart a relentless killer and escape a series of psychological and physical trials—each more personal than the last. Surviving Scott Sharma is a dark comedy cabaret that transforms the stage into a high-stakes puzzle box, where identity, choices, and chaos collide. Through music, storytelling, and sharp humor, Scott is pushed to his limits as the game forces him to confront the pressures, expectations, and contradictions that have shaped his life.
Drawing from his real experiences as a special education teacher balancing purpose, burnout, and his desire to perform, Scott weaves vulnerability with camp and spectacle. The result is a wildly entertaining and unexpectedly heartfelt journey that asks: when everything is stripped away and the game is closing in… what does it actually take to survive?
