My overall impression

I attended this show at the last minute based upon a random invitation and had the best LA theatrical experience I’ve had in years!

The writer/director Nathaniel Mathis clearly has a strong sense of musicality in his writing, directing and casting. There was no weak link in the cast. Everyone was great.

I was there to see my friend Ayla Barreau and spent a good portion of the play crying with pride and joy to see an actor I have such a strong feeling for get a role she could embody and transcend in a way that would make our old high school acting teacher “proud”.
