What I liked

The acting is sublime. Every character is on the whole time and has immense depth to their performance. The leading lady is a real star, and was embodying the role so well. I especially loved when the lead was speaking about her friends to her fiancée and they appeared on stage, dressed and posed as former versions of themselves.

What I didn't like

I felt the groom’s emotional delivery could have been more gradual. He delivered a lot of his lines throughout the show with anger, and I felt it would be more rewarding if we saw him build to that point toward the end when it is absolutely deserved.

My overall impression

Stellar cast of actors who are thoughtfully humanizing every character in this show. I felt like I know these people. Wedding Party is truly sweet and truly full of love, platonic and romantic.
