I loved how the two main characters felt fleshed out and grounded (pun unintended but awesome), while everyone else were snapshots and snippets: quickly formed but instantly familiar, and quirky as hell. The juxtaposition worked beautifully.
What I didn't like
I’d love to see a longer version! More, please 🙏
My overall impression
This is the best romantic comedy (that “isn’t a romance”) I’ve seen in a long time. The dialogue and acting were compelling, the jokes were hilarious, the characters were wonderful – even the less likeable ones. I truly wish I’d seen it twice!
