I loved watching her dance and especially how expressive she was with her face. She said so much with her eyes and eyebrows…Every little moment of her hands . I particularly was moved by her choreography with a sheet. I could feel the struggle of the two different sides , the split . I felt the pain at a job interview noting that she had an accent and didn’t look “american” enough.
What I didn't like
I really liked the show and was impressed how she intertwined the dancing with the story, but maybe just a little more volume because I don’t want anyone to miss a word of her story.
My overall impression
Dimple has a beautiful spirit on the stage. So wonderfully combining dance and storytelling. I felt her pain of not being accepted and then her strength of loving herself.
