I loved the overall message of Sarah’s show. It’s good, and it’s relatable, and you must see it.
Another shining moment of Sarah’s show is her goofy, whimsical matriarchal characters, her delightful world-building, and an endless array of unexpected props that she pulls seemingly out of nowhere.
It’s a poetic thesis on what it feels like to release art into the wild, wild world. I can’t recommend it enough. Feel the sweet release of watching this incredible Show.
What I didn't like
This is a crazy question to ask of perfection! The room was full, and every show after will be too. Get your tickets while you can; you will not regret it. I promise.
My overall impression
I have never felt more understood during a work of theater than when I watched I AM GOING TO REVEALSOMETHINGPERSONALABOUTMYSELF. The message of this astounding one-woman show will surely resonate with anyone who makes art while encouraging you to laugh at the whimsy and musings of Sarah Dealy.
