The story was compelling. The actors were all fantastic, particularly Cynthia Dane. The piece, written by Jenni Chiaramonte, is funny but has a heartwarming conclusion and deeper message. The music also written by Chiaramonte was impressive and fits the story and girls’ journey. I especially enjoyed when they play their human guitars. I’d love to see more of the Doom Girls
What I didn't like
A little soft on vocals during the opening song at the beginning. Probably the speaker or mic.
My overall impression
An extremely thoughtful and creative script, brought to life by a talented cast and strong original songs, with subtle social commentary and a reflective look at humanity and our relationship to the planet.
