What I liked
The chemistry between the Doom Girls was wonderful to watch. Their mother/captain was a delight every time she came onstage. And our villain? Also fun!
What I didn't like
Improved? I need at least 10 episodes of their adventures on Earth. Bonus if we’re off planet.
My overall impression
Are you a fan of 90s Saturday afternoon tv? I am! This was the vibe with more modern commentary. I loved it and it was quite comforting. It was fun, silly, and I was along for the ride from the beginning to the end. All the not-so-subtle jabs at humanity are well deserved.
