What I liked
I loved how this was such an inventive, diverse piece! Just when it seems the show is one form, the form changes, then changes again, then changes again. Madi was charming, funny, and really went there! I adored being in a crowded room as she dropped self-lore that elicited audible gasps and booming laughs. High comedy from Avery’s cameos and a heartwarming ending that I’ll think about for years to come.
What I didn't like
Art is a mystery, that’s between Madi and her lord (the color purple).
My overall impression
Madi’s show is wild, weird, funny, and deeply introspective! A great very unique time, plus breakdancing.
