It begins a little slow? I wonder if we could start the play a bit later in the story.
My overall impression
A heartfelt story – you are really rooting for the characters in this small town. There are a number of stand-out monologues, both compellingly written and performed. The melancholy sadness, and a bit of hope from this story stays with you after you leave the theater. I also loved that this is a queer story that isn’t a story about being queer.
