Feel-good vibes were had by all at Disco Therapy! Liza had the entire audience in the palm of her hand, sharing stories of personal trauma, growth, and resilience while always finding her way back to hope, joy, and connection. Though tears stung my eyes, I found myself laughing til my cheeks hurt. It’s not easy to balance comedy, vulnerability, and a room full of audience participation, but Liza makes it feel effortless.... full review
