Tanner is a real storyteller. He did an amazing job balancing vulnerability and humor.
What I didn't like
I think there was one painting that didn’t get revealed by the end? Not sure if that was forgotten about or intentional.
My overall impression
The best pieces of art are ones no other artist could create, and that is certainly true of this show. This production is aptly titled, as its an introduction to a singular person, someone who has taken a horrible, devasting experience, processed that trauma and turned it into the gift of paintings, puns, and sentimentality.
