Hilarious plot. The two bandits were perfectly written and perfectly cast, and perfectly acted at that, what a delight. The lead actress was also amazingly talented with expression work that reminded me of a 1950s sitcom, hilariously appropriate for a 1590ish domestic play and a total delight to see in person. Really good costumes all around too.
What I didn't like
The set was pretty light, and I know it has to be light for Fringe, but I still would’ve liked to see perhaps just a little bit more, it did feel a little empty and undefined sometimes.
My overall impression
Loved it! Obscure maybe-Shakespeare play that was certainly as good as any early Shakespeare play and can easily stand on its own merits.
