What I liked
The verbal hand offs, the physical choreography, the contrasting energies… all of these duo-dynamic elements took this show to the next level. It’s a tightly controlled chaos that flows fast and has a nice gentle balance.
What I didn't like
Honestly couldn’t say. Normally in a storytelling show I’d be looking for energy or pacing dips, but I can’t think of a time where it was off…
My overall impression
With an old vaudeville style presentation, these two tell a very modern, raunchy, hilarious series of stories and tie it all up with a big beautiful bow. It’s ridiculous and at times shocking – I didn’t know if my face was more red from laughing or blushing. But its underlying heart is what melds the whole show together, making this story hour fly by.
