The actress playing Leila/Rosie did a good job, and is cute as a button. The set was impressive for a Fringe production.
What I didn't like
The current trend of modern, young actors failing to project is not unique to this show, but it makes me weep for the state of the industry. I recommend vocal exercises and the discipline to remember you’re on stage. Project, young grasshoppers!
My overall impression
I was excited to see this show, considering the subject matter. I was impressed with the set dressing, and I loved the stress ball and water giveaway! Also loved the dance sequence. Unfortunately, I can’t say anything more specific, because I could hardly hear anything. The actors didn’t seem to be very loud, and there were numerous points where they didn’t cheat well to the audience, so since I was seated off to the side, their lines often got lost on their way to me.
