What I liked
The way the show exemplified the stages of narcissism in a relationship. It really takes you through the journey – which sadly, is exactly how it happens. From the excellent performances, writing, lighting, quick set changes, Greek music, it all came together beautifully.
What I didn't like
It all worked. Look forward to seeing it on an even larger stage :)
My overall impression
This gripping and compelling play wastes no time diving into the realities of being in an abusive relationship. From the intense moments to the subtle jabs, there’s a little realization in here for everyone. It’s difficult to describe the abuses of a narcissistic partner, Punish Me does an amazing job of saying it for you. So Well done.
