This kind of subject matter is really hard to convey but Michael has written a really accurate portrayal of how wanting something so badly makes one ignore all the red flags that are so clear to everyone else. The cast worked really well together, and Michael playing Nicky was so sweet and naive which lended itself perfectly for the character. The man playing the Serial Kisser was well cast and made me hate him as the play went on.

My overall impression
Michael is an affable protagonist who is so charming that the audience is instantly on his side and worried about the relationship he is embarking on. The play starts out with a fun sense of humor and descends into terror and darkness that had me wanting to scream to defend our unsuspecting hero.
