Every element works so well together. The script, the cast, the direction, all of it. As ridiculous as the characters can be, they never devolve into parodies or caricatures. They are always deeply, absurdly human, and nowhere is that more apparent than in the show’s final act.

My overall impression
Not everything is as it appears in Tom Ryan’s campaign headquarters. I don’t want to ruin the reveal, so I won’t say more than that. But it is the first of many delightful surprises that make Vote for Tom Ryan: One Last Time a sharp, heartfelt comedy.
