What I liked

The lighting design was a standout, especially during the romance sequence where the actors appeared like a series of photographic snapshots. I also appreciated the authenticity of the performances. Several scenes felt genuinely human, drawing emotional reactions that stayed with me long after the show ended. Production did an excellent job of keeping me engaged and invested throughout.

What I didn't like

At times, I had difficulty hearing portions of the dialogue, even from the second row. I also felt that some story elements could have benefited from additional development to strengthen their emotional impact. Lastly, the first act felt slower than the second, which moved at a much stronger pace.

My overall impression

Schizm is an emotionally engaging production with strong performances and creative staging choices. While the first act felt slow at times, the second act builds momentum and delivers several memorable moments. Overall, I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars and would recommend seeing it!
