My favorite two moments:
1) When Marzini drops the act/mask, revealing Marissa and they share a personal vulnerability
2) when they sang! I enjoyed their voice and actually I teared up! The vulnerability in these two moments added a later of honesty and depth to the show that stayed with me and got me thinking about my own masks and ways I don’t express my voice.

My overall impression
Enjoyable, clever show that had my attention from the start! Marissa devises multiple ways to tell the tale of The Great Marzini, who is charismatic, in a real pickle and needs to solve the problem he has created for himeself. Loved the egg bit! The balls! The magic trick at the end! And the shadow puppet moment!
