What I liked
The integration of all her skills into a cohesive story was so so great. It happened so seamlessly. I was really curious how much circus would be a part of the show but I think she did a great job of incorporating it in a meaningful way and it helped provide a lot of context to the story. I also really liked the venue – it made it very personal!!

My overall impression
Junru is an artist to the fullest extent. It was incredible to experience her story through words, through circus and through dance. Integrating unbelievably high level circus tricks with tender moments of acting and movement created one of the most unique live performances I’ve ever experienced.
