I thought the tone of the comedy and characters was clear and congruent. A credit to the writing , direction, and performances. Every character, though distinct, felt they belonged to the same world. Plenty of laughs to be had! I enjoyed it overall!
What I didn't like
Not a specific dislike or area of improvement. If it were staged again, I’d be curious to see what in the script might, change, if anything. Fringe is such a good testing ground. Some jokes flew more than others, but not sure how much of that was this particular audience, or if there were some patterns noticed across performances that could be used for future productions.
My overall impression
Old school sitcom writing meets new school multicam edge (but also on stage).
