What I liked
Such a talented ensemble cast, Everleigh as Charlie and Jack as Sully were so intense and scary even. Kylie Buckles-Hall as Bobby was so sweet and funny and truly the only character I felt bad for because everyone else is crazy!!
Also shout out to the social media marketing team for this one, the fake podcast videos came up on my feed several times and every time I asked myself “what is this podcast??” So creative, just like this whole show!
What I didn't like
It was so intense that I feel, a content warning maybe would have been desired by many of the audience members.
My overall impression
This show was such a cool modern concept and it truly did feel like sitting and listening to a Podcast, not necessarily “EXperation Date” but a Podcast about the complications of inexperience, young love, accountability and the connections we build across our young adulthood. Such crazy twists, multi-dimensional characters, and super sick production design that the Pod mics were actually hot.
