What I liked

I liked the way she sang, the way she told her story and also the little coffee shop next door.

What I didn't like

I loved it all.

My overall impression

I’m very new to the deaf community so I’m still learning a lot about the culture, the people and everything involved. When I attended the show I wasn’t aware that the person performing was very well known. Once I understood who she was I felt as though I was in the presence of a Rockstar! I learned how the majority of deaf people can in fact hear on some level. My ignorance told me that being deaf meant completely deaf. Having been given this information was eye opening. It has helped me understand the deaf community better. The show overall was informative, creative, and just a one of a kind experience. I absolutely loved it!
