What I liked
In the best of all solo performances worlds, this multi-character performance moves the story forward on numerous levels – the outer journey, the inner dissonance, the challenges, defeats, successes and victories experienced over a life-time. Each character’s voice, movement, truthfulness, and connection with the TL who stands before us in each moment provided deep insight and heartwarming connection through the hero’s journey to find themselves.
What I didn't like
TL is an artist whose work is always in progress. They will find if there needs to be any changes or improvements. Isn’t that part of the joy of live theatre – we’re never done!
My overall impression
TL Forsberg is a force! They dynamically tell the story of how the world sees them, what the world demands of them, and why they must decide who they must be in this world. From inner-conversations to illuminating engagement with the audience, we become part of their search for IDENTITY. TL stands for TOTALLY LURING.
