The memoir reflections were so moving. They brought to life the challenge of a child suddenly thrust into a world that their parents could not help navigate.
What I didn't like
From the back row, I missed some of their monologue and found myself looking to the interpreter to guess the full context (despite my poor ability to understand sign)
My overall impression
Supremely professional and authentic, illuminating the perspective of someone who is not Deaf enough for the Deaf community and not hearing enough for those who hear.
