What I liked
An emotional rollercoaster, always honest, projections on the screen weave everything together. A solo performance is the hardest thing to do but she pulls it off flawlessly. ASL interpreter is spot on with every word she says. Well done!
What I didn't like
As a deaf person, I’d be happy to see her using even more ASL/PSE as she speaks. However, other than that, I can’t really think of any improvement.
My overall impression
TL has always been a powerhouse singer, and she brings that same energy to her show, “Between Two Worlds.” She tells her story with heart and humor, and there’s something for everyone to relate to, whether deaf or hearing. Get tickets while you can, it’s a must-see!
