What I liked
I loved getting a window into the stories of all the different clients, how they handled their loved ones’ death and their interactions with Claire. The set with the two different rooms was an amazing stage picture. The lighting design was incredible, every time it shifted carried so much emotion. The whole show made me feel so much! Beautiful.
What I didn't like
It moved a littleeeee bit slow in the middle but when we got that reveal at the end it was worth the wait!
My overall impression
A powerful, moving solo show that expertly combined heaviness and levity. The script forced us to sit in tension as we slowly got to know and feel for the protagonist, which ultimately made the twist at the end hit like a knife to the chest.
