Wonderful use of space and imagery – going so far as to have fresh coffee brewing and mints on every seat. Impressive “cast” of characters beautifully and meticulously depicted by the playwright and actress. This short play felt more like the an entire TV series wrapped into an hour.
What I didn't like
No comment! Bravo!
My overall impression
Sydney has a unique ability to bring tears to your eyes, then make you laugh before they fall, and she does this over and over in this unique play set in a mortician’s office. She navigates mental health, life, death and everything in between with a keen familiarity, and always makes the audience feel “in” on the joke that is life and all that comes with it. Bravo Sydney!
