The playful dynamic between the two actors was electric! O’Hara reveals her inner life very well, and Young masterfully switches between characters with ease. The story moves and changes, keeping me engaged and drawn in. Lighting highlighted the story-telling beautifully, and everyone was on board!
What I didn't like
The reveal in the middle was so compelling that the next reveal felt a bit anti-climactic. Not sure how one fed into the other. Also, the anger that the therapist feels is palpable and well-played, but the nuances in different situations could be more clear.
My overall impression
Fantastic idea and very well executed! Watching a therapist struggle with her own problems while working with patients was compelling and thought-provoking. Definitely worth watching how these characters relate to each other.
