The playwriting and directing was not only genius, it was brilliantly executed by an ensemble cast who effortlessly navigated the play’s thin line between tragedy and humor.
The characters’ relationships to each other and their unique perspectives were well-defined, and their reaction to not having any control over the situation was fun to watch.
I thoroughly enjoyed the cleverly timed shifts between moods and the unexpected absurd ending that was punctuated with one last laugh.
What I didn't like
Honestly would not change a thing…but would love to find a way to get more people to see it!
My overall impression
The juxtaposition of dark theming and comedic beats woven together by musical whimsy created an engaging and emotional experience that left you gasping, crying and laughing all at once.
